An all important site visit the property to be able to assess space layout lighting and anything features within the property that we can work with.

A report with images and a quotation for the staging including the rental cost of the furnishings to be used .

Then, if you are happy we agree a date, and you can leave the rest to us!

The exciting part – the staging (Typically one to two days) and professional photographs can be arranged for you to using your marketing if needed.

Once the agreed staging period is over, we de-stage and clean ready for your buyer to move straight in.
With pricing based on a 2 month rental period, It couldn’t be easier!

1 Bed: £1,850 inc VAT
2 bed: £2,250 inc VAT
3 bed: £2,650 inc VAT
4 bed and above : please call to discuss your requirements.
